Warranty & After-Sales Support
- Manufacturer Warranty: Most items include a brand/manufacturer warranty. Duration and coverage vary by brand and model; please see the warranty card or product page at purchase.
- What Warranty Covers: Manufacturing defects as defined by the brand.
- What It Doesn’t Cover: Physical damage, liquid damage, burnt/shorted boards due to power fluctuation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, routine wear and tear, or consumables.
- How to Claim: Keep your original invoice and warranty card. Contact us and we’ll guide you to the authorized service center or coordinate on your behalf where applicable.
- Power Safety Tip: Use a quality stabilizer/surge protector for sensitive appliances to protect against voltage fluctuation.
Returns & Refunds (Simple 24-Hour Policy)

You must contact us and return the product within 24 hours of purchase/delivery to our store at:

Conditions for Return/Refund within 24 Hours
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and serial/barcode stickers intact.
- Original invoice is required.
- After inspection, you may choose exchange or refund (refund method same as original payment).
- Non-returnable items (unless DOA/manufacturing fault confirmed): installed or used items, hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., ear/nose care), software-activated products, consumables, and items with missing packaging/accessories.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Faulty on First Use
- Report within 24 hours. After verification, we’ll process an exchange or refund as per stock availability. Where a brand requires technical verification, allow a short assessment by the service center.
This 24-hour policy is in addition to any manufacturer warranty. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable Pakistani law.
Delivery, Pickup & Installation
- In-Store Pickup: Free from 12-C, Shahalam Market.
- Lahore Delivery: Available at standard rates; time windows shared at order confirmation.
- Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect the packaging and item at the time of delivery and report any visible issues immediately.
- Installation: Some appliances require professional installation. We can connect you to brand-authorized technicians (service charges may apply).
Payments & Invoicing
- Accepted Payments: Cash, bank transfer, card (where available).
- Official Invoice: Issued with every purchase.

We collect only what’s needed to process your order and provide support (e.g., name, phone, address). We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited details with delivery partners or authorized service centers to fulfill your request, or if required by law.
